| We at Periodontal Surgical Arts, believe in the overall welfare of our patients but also advocate doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Following the mandate from Governor Abbott and the Texas Board of Dental Examiners, we are following distancing guidelines. This includes minimizing the number of patients and team members in the practice at one time. Also, patients are being treated one at a time on a personalized basis. Although she went to dental assisting school, she has always enjoyed the work of the front desk including interactions with the patients and their families.Valerie is a busy mom of two active children who play sports. She and her partner love spending time with the kids and their dog, Patches. When she's not attending games with her son and daughter, she likes baking and creating crafts. Working in the dental field for years, Valerie loves helping people and appreciates being part of the team that educates patients and helps restore their smile and confidence. Born in Austin and raised in Round Rock, Texas, she attended Austin Dental Assisting School in 2013. Amber began her career as a dental assistant and quickly discovered her passion for the front office, where she enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve the smile they’ve always wanted.Outside of work, Amber loves spending time with her husband, Tommy, whom she married in 2015. Together, they enjoy trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. Amber is highly creative and enjoys making resin keychains, painting, and exploring all things crafty.
